1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Launxit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Launxit provides tools, workflows, templates, AI-generated outputs, and supporting materials intended to help users define, package, launch, and market app concepts. The service may include account authentication, subscriptions, credits, blueprint generation, logo generation, campaign generation, and support channels. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Launxit.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other users.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits
- Paid access is billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
- Your subscription may renew automatically until canceled.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not store full payment card or wallet information.
- Monthly credits are an internal usage allowance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not roll over, and may reset or expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
- Current credit costs may vary by feature. At the time of writing, Define and Campaign each consume five credits and Logo consumes one credit, but we may change allocation, pricing, or credit rules at any time.
- If your credits are exhausted, certain features may become unavailable unless credits are refreshed, upgraded, or otherwise restored.
- Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, including for unused credits, partial billing periods, generated outputs, or dissatisfaction with results.
5. Cancellation
You may request subscription cancellation by contacting support@outfit-ai.com. Cancellation becomes effective according to the billing status and processing timing of your account and payment provider. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
6. AI Outputs and No Performance Guarantees
Launxit uses AI systems to generate concepts, branding suggestions, logos, launch campaigns, and related outputs. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, infringing, commercially ineffective, non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving all outputs before using them.
- You are solely responsible for your product, marketing claims, legal compliance, platform compliance, intellectual property clearance, privacy disclosures, app store submissions, advertising practices, and customer relationships.
- Launxit does not guarantee virality, views, conversions, subscriptions, revenue, App Store approval, business success, or uninterrupted availability.
- Examples, projections, case studies, and generated campaign ranges are illustrative only and are not promises, warranties, or financial forecasts.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Launxit to:
- violate law or infringe the rights of others;
- submit or generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive material;
- impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, endorsement, or source;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent any technical or security feature of the service;
- use the service to build or train competing services in a way that exceeds ordinary permitted use;
- submit sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, or confidential third-party information without the necessary rights and safeguards.
8. User Content and Rights
You retain whatever rights you may have in content you submit to the service. You grant Launxit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and enforce the service.
As between you and Launxit, you may use outputs generated specifically for your account, subject to third-party rights, provider terms, and applicable law. We do not warrant that any output is unique, available for exclusive use, free of third-party claims, or fit for registration or enforcement.
9. Launxit Intellectual Property
The platform, software, workflows, prompts, templates, branding, design, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights in the service remain the property of Launxit Ltd or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
10. Third-Party Services
Launxit depends on third-party services such as AWS, OpenAI, PayPal, Amazon Cognito, and Google sign-in. We are not responsible for third-party outages, actions, terms, policies, security incidents, content, or changes. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
11. Browser-Local Workspace State
Certain workspace data may be stored in your browser. You are responsible for your own browser environment, device security, and data continuity. We are not liable for loss of browser-local workspace state caused by device issues, browser clearing, sync conflicts, or user action.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you breached these Terms, created risk for the platform, exposed us to liability, or used the service in a way that is abusive, unlawful, or commercially harmful.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis. Launxit disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, availability, accuracy, and results.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launxit Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, customers, opportunities, or expected savings, arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Launxit in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or fifty pounds sterling.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Launxit Ltd and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your content, your use of the service, your products or marketing, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
